Dr. Saher Arour is a Consultant in vascular surgery and Interventional Catheterization, with over 25 years of experience in treating arterial and venous conditions using the latest non-surgical techniques, which offer faster recovery and greater safety for patients.
His medical journey began in Germany, where he developed a strong interest in vascular surgery due to its direct and life-changing impact on patients. He faced a major challenge when he chose to specialize in interventional catheterization, a field that wasn’t easily accessible at the time. In fact, he gave up his salary for six months just to receive training in this advanced area. However, for Dr. Saher, it was an opportunity to master techniques that many physicians did not have access to.
After years of excellence, he moved to Dubai, becoming one of the few doctors in the region to offer rare and highly specialized treatments, such as catheter-based treatment for hemorrhoids, pulmonary embolism, varicose veins, and pelvic congestion syndrome, all without the need for general anesthesia.
